In Northern America for example, trade brought women out of the traditional roles, and into the workforce which for generations was a male only domain. International trade is effective in situations like globalization where a country has a need and the other has the ability to negate that need with products that may be necessary to elevate the need or essentially draw the two countries closer. And although the trade agreement has been in place for centuries, they are still a lot of glitches that are still being fixed. In October 2011 Congress passed three long-awaited free trade agreements with South Korea, Colombia and Panama, ending a political standoff that had stretched across two presidencies. The move offered a rare moment of bipartisan accord at a time when Republicans and Democrats were bitterly divided over the role that government ought to play in reviving the sputtering economy. The approval of the deals was a victory for President Obama and proponents of the view that foreign trade can drive America’s economic growth in the face of rising protectionist sentiment in both political parties. They were the first trade agreements to pass Congress since Democrats broke a decade of Republican control in 2007. The storyline is much less believable and realistic than Jaws. This can therefore make the audience a little less frightened as they see what is happening as unreal and cant particularly relate to the situation. The characters in the film Jaws were just normal families enjoying a swim or paddle in the sea. An activity that most members of the audience could immediately relate to. The music and sound effects in the trailer are very effective. The music used is very similar to that of Jaws. This helps create feelings of fear within the audience and particularly for any members of the audience who have previously seen the Jaws film it could bring back a reminder of grim events. As the cameras go under the water the audience are left on the edge of their seats in anticipation of the whereabouts of the sharks. The beating drum seems to represent a beating heart, as the shark moves closer the beat is faster. When the shark attacks and kills the victim, the music ceases, the silence creating a sombre atmosphere. There are lots of different kinds of camera shots used in the trailer to show graphic images to the audience. Such as close up shots are used to show the expressions and detail of characters faces and savaged body parts and the sharks gruesome teeth. A birds eye view shot gives the audience the feeling of isolation, that there is no one nearby to the situation to relieve and help the victims who are suffering. This therefore is encouraging the audience to feel quite emotional. A point of view shot showing from the sharks perspective, looking around for its next victim, this helps build suspense. It also helps the audience to relate to what the shark can see. There are numerous different kinds of edits that are used effectively in the film trailer. For example fade ins, cuts and dissolves. All of these edits can be speeded up or slowed down to suit the particular shot. As the shot speeds up the fades speed as well. A good example of this usage is the heart beat sound, as the beat goes faster the fades go faster. When the beat stops there is great anticipation, then there is a quick cut for the final shot. The rise of big business changed life in America forever, spawning a massive shift in population from rural living, farming work to urban life centered on factory work, as well as triggering a massive new immigration, swelling Americas already diverse cities with more and more foreign born citizens. It was because of these changes that the cinema was able to become a popular attraction, drawing large crowds consistently and competing directly with existing forms of entertainment such as ballet, live theater and vaudeville. The rise of big business caused a transition in work from primarily farm type work to new factory jobs. This resulted in large masses congregating in cities, coming from rural America as well as immigrants coming from many other countries in search of a better life. These workers had previously identified themselves with the type of work they did, but the new factory work was not seen as much as an identifier, but rather a means to an end, simply what one did to collect a paycheck. The other important change this brought about was a new concept for the workers called free time. This was time the worker was not expected to work, but rather time that could be spent however one chose. It was during this period that Nicolas Copernicus first suggested the revolution of the Earth around the Sun. This was groundbreaking, as previous to this it was generally thought that the Earth was stationary, and all the planets, including the Sun, orbited the Earth. It was also Copernicus' theory that directly led to the discoveries of Kepler, Galileo and Newton. It could therefore be argued that Copernicus' discovery was the most important of the Renaissance. However, the huge advances in the field of astronomy often overshadow many of the developments in other scientific fields, where the scientists Vesalius, Harvey and Boyle also made an impact. Copernicus' theory, outlined in De Revolutionibus orbium coelestium (`On the Revolutions of Heavenly Bodies,' 1543) is often cited as the greatest discovery of the renaissance. The incidents with him happened more than once, yet she remained silent. This, for Naomi, drew her apart from her mother, leaving something between them that could not be discussed or mentioned. Before this event, they had sort of a silent communication, and now she misses that. This is similar to the hen and chick incident where the mother hen pecks at the baby chicks. After the bombing Naomi’s mother and the baby were both in the hospital. Naomi’s mother was badly injured and the baby had leukemia. Since the baby looked like Naomi there was a connection to her and for the first time the communication between Naomi and her mother are open again. This allows Naomi to begin speaking to her, even though she was not there. But after reading those letters Naomi broke the silence because now she knows the truth and she can finally communicate. In Obasan, Naomi is tortured by the silence of the truth. She is unable to speak of what is true and can not find out what is real due to the absence of her mother and having to be risen by her Obasan. After she does learn the truth, she does not feel tortured any more because she can find the comfort of communication with her mother, a connection she has missed for years.

Summary of different perspective Western health care faces a number of challenges, including an aging population and rise in chronically diseases, in which in turn causes a burden on the sector and the rising health care expenditures. Attitude relating to the specific issues in local area Attitudes mean the positive or negative approach towards a view of a person, place, thing or event. Thus people posses an objective towards the introduced thing and a question arises within them whether to acquire or not. In many rural areas the conditions of health and sanitation lies at a very poor standard, and there are people who dont want to change their views. Most people living in rural areas dont want to change their ways of medication and though the world is moving forward with new techniques and information, there is a set of people who wants to be in the olden times. How much NGOS and many organizations integrate towards the rural village, the in habitants dont want to change their ways of thinking. It is not with all but a few who want to live within their idea frame. This is all due to the illiterates people. Thus to over come this scenario the people have to be liberated on the ways of taking medicine and facing situations. Also the social care units are seen as something bad. They dont believe in the benefits of these units. Also they believe that it is a social come down to keep an aged person in a social care unit, thus little noticing the care there is sometimes much better what they provide at home. Evaluate current thinking on the chosen issues and its likely influence on the development of health and social care How the local attitude reflect on the national level As discussed above many local issues are the reasons of many international issues. When people are unable to solve or eradicate or minimize the spreading of an epidemic it reflects globally. Thus causing a major damage to health, physical, economic and international aspects. Thus then the revenues of NGOS,a countries economy and WHO have to spend a vast amount on eradicating these sickness when it could have been able to be plucked from grass root level. So in order to eradicate and make the nations free and bring good health practice each and every soul should and must contribute towards this factor. The best example that I can quote from the reason past is dengue which is a high risk health issue. But the people still have not recognized the individual responsibility towards the spreading of it. They bestow the blame on health organizations and thus each year the death toll increases. The saddest part in this is many young lives victims of this. We have to concentrate on the fact that the national and world productivity decreases very badly when disease start to spread. So the social responsibility too should pay a vast role in this factor. Evaluate the validity of public attitudes and behaviors related in to specific issues Healthcare is the area of educating people about health .This encompasses a vast area when related to health such as environmental health, physical health, social health, emotional health, intellectual and spiritual health. As there are many health definitions, there are multiple definitions of health education. Thus the joint committee of health education and promotion terminology of 2001 defined health education as nay combination of planned education based on sound theories that provides individuals ,groups and communities the opportunity to acquire information and skills needed to make quality health care and social care. Conclusion In conclusion this is an over view and an insight to global health issues and how media can reflect or take it in to the masses. Thus the responsibility of the masses too is important in this issue. Each and every one should be responsible plus the attitudes count a lot. The local health issues and attitudes contribute to the international arena. Thus globally major issues do occur due to attitudes of local people. So authorities should know to educate the people, in health care and thus in media publication. What I strongly believe is that the young should be educated on media, and not to always consider the validity and reliability of media publications.
